House of Yoga Waterford is a Yoga/Pilates/Therapy studio located in the Ardkeen area of Waterford City. Our Studio is equipped with state of the art infrared heating panels for the best Hot Yoga experience, and a Bose surround sound system for House Music Yoga.

We have a team of qualified Yoga and Pilates Teachers offering courses in Yoga (all levels), House of Yoga (housemusicyoga) Stott Pilates, Pregnancy Yoga, Kids Yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Beginners Yoga Courses, Mindfulness Meditation, Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Teens. Private and group bookings also available.

Karla Kelly (BA, MPhil) has been practising yoga regularly since her teens and teaching since 2009. As well as her Yoga training, since 1998 she has been training in Healing Modalities and has qualified in Theraputic Massage, Sound Healing, Breathwork and Shamanic Healing. She’s currently finishing a 500hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training Course in Dublin with the Yoga Room. She has taught yoga to all levels and has taught Hot Yoga for 2 years in Kilkenny, Dungarvan and Tramore.

Karla has been a practicing Buddhist for 13 years and this is evident in her teaching of yoga. She incorporates mindfulness and a constant present moment awareness and wonder to her classes, encouraging students to develop their asana practice as a conscious and moving meditation.

Alongside her love of yoga Karla is very passionate about House Music and has brought these passions together as the creator of House of Yoga. House of Yoga is a method of aligning Yoga Asanas with the beat and rhythm of a house music soundtrack via the breath and has been travelling and teaching it around Ireland since 2010. House of Yoga Waterford is firstly the ‘home’ of the House of Yoga Method and teaching House of Yoga is Karla’s greatest passion.
