Decor

Weather permitting, this party would be fab outdoors. However, as the weather isn’t always on our side it can also be held indoors. If you are hosting this party indoors make your dining table the main focus. Decorate with lots of colourful flowers to give an outdoors feel. If you are hosting the party outdoors you have several options. Bring out your dinning table and chairs and place them in the middle of the garden. Laying out carpets for under the table and chairs will be comfortable for guests but will also look great! Another idea is to take out a long coffee style table and place cushions on the ground instead of chairs. This will add a fab bohemian feel to the party. Add a runner table cloth on the table and line with flowers and candles. Hanging some twinkly lights from trees and walls will also add a cosy feel to the special occasion. Perfect!

Dress code

This hen party theme is all about comfort. Tell guests beforehand that they can wear whatever they are comfortable in. Floral maxi dresses and sandles would suit perfectly. Cute accessories like flower crowns and bohemian style jewellery should finish off the look nicely. We have some stunning accessories in our online store that would be a perfect fit for this theme. Our gold detail flower crown will look great with any party outfit. Or maybe you would prefer to have a bit of fun with these cute mini party hats? The perfect subtle accessory that the hens will love. A thoughtful idea would be to keep a basket of blankets nearby for guests to snuggle up inside. This would be appreciated when the evening creeps in and the guests get colder.

Food and drink

As this is a dinner you should have a menu prepared beforehand. It would also be a good idea to ask guests is they have any food preferences prior to preparing the food. This way you can guarantee that all the hens will be full and happy! If you have access to a BBQ this would be a popular and simple way to prepare the food. Some other simple and tasty ideas include salads, chicken and veg skewers and homemade pizzas. Set up a table full of finger food like fruit, cheese and nachos and dip that guests can also tuck into later on in the day. Have different drinks such as wine and beer on offer but make sure you pop a bottle of bubbly! Pour everyone a glass and cheers to a fab day!

So try out this classy hen party theme for the next big day ladies. It is sure to go down a treat!
