If you have a hen party coming up over the festive period you will love our list of Classy Christmas Cocktails. Whether you’re looking for a classic cranberry flavour or something creamy delight we have you ladies covered!
The Red Rudolph
- 25mls cinnamon schnapps
- 15mls vodka
- 15mls orange curacao
- 180mls cranberry juice
Mulled Wine
- 750 ml bottle of dry red wine
- 60mls Brandy
- 1 orange, sliced into circles
- 60mls of Honey
- 8 Cloves
- 2-star anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Garnished with Cinnamon Sticks, Orange, Lemons.
Eggnog
- 6 large eggs, (plus 2 yolks)
- 65g & 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 960ml cups whole milk
- 120mls brandy, rum or bourbon
- 1 Tablespoon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 60mls heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Grated nutmeg to Garnish
North Pole Cocktail
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces Kahlúa or more to taste
- 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
- whipped cream candy canes and gingerbread cookies, for serving (optional)
