The Tom Collins is always a firm a favourite with gin lovers! We recommend this cocktail for those hens that want something fresh and zesty tasting! Make sure to serve in a tall glass with a slice of lemon and a cherry on top add a Willy straw for the occasion!
- Half of a fresh Lemon( juiced)
- Soda Water(60mls)
- Bombay Sapphire Gin(30mls)
- Caster Sugar(2tsp)
- Lemon Slice
- Crushed Ice
French 75
