Découpage is a beautiful art form where you decorate an item of your choice by gluing paper cut outs of various sizes, shapes and colours onto it. The item is then finish with special paint effects and other decorative embellishments like gems, sequins and gold leaf.
Ladies this is truly a unique hen party activity that just oozes that classy feeling from start to finish as you take a vintage piece and give it a whole new life in the 21 st century. Not only will you be creating classy works of art you’ll be allowing the creative juices of the bride flow, as it is her hen party and all.
You may even creates some table pieces or favours for the big day, the possibilities are endless. We do recommend having a think about the item you’d like to bring on the day, but if you forget it don’t worry as the instructor will have a few items for you to test your new Découpage skills on.
The instructor will also have fabulous variety of classy paper, gems, sequins and a range of other items that will help you create whatever look you’re trying to achieve be it vintage or boho.
